Uncle Sam's Pizza

Algorithm experts may tell you it’s not ideal to post reviews from Cincinnati, Columbus, Florida, and New York in the same week. And you may ask yourself, well, how did you get here? Well, life’s complicated. And travel sometimes required. And you may find yourself on the Lower East Side late at night, staring into a dozen little cups of pepperoni grease.
I ordered the “Famous Spicy Roni Cups Square.” The pepperoni delivered plenty of heat, along with an absolutely enormous hit of salt. The underside was nicely browned, but the crust was quite stiff, without much of the crispness that might have justified its rigidity. I made it through about two-thirds of the slice before abandoning the remaining crust.
Not a bad late-night slice, and perhaps a lifesaver if you’re suffering from a massive sodium deficiency.
