Secret Pizza

It’s not on any map… Down an unmarked hallway is an unnamed pizzeria that’s become something if a pilgrimage destination over the years (this is a return visit for me, a decade+ after my 2011 stop). ‘Secret Pizza’ serves a greasy cheesy New York style slice. I’d rate it higher but the crust wasn’t my ideal - a bit too dense & flavorless, with an oddly small rim (‘cornicione’). Of course, you probably don’t want a lot of crust if it doesn’t taste so great. …That said, any quibbles about the food were more than offset by the outstanding Italian-ish album collection covering the walls. I want all of these!
