Pizza D’Italia

A ‘Roman Style’ slice with a crunchiness that stands it apart from the other Vegas Strip pizzerias. Available on a Skywalk, Pizza D’Italia’s pizza is thicker & crispier than all the NY slices I’ve seen in this area. So, while shaped like New York slice, it has the consistency of a bakery slice. The lightly-cooked oversized pepperoni slices were added after the initial bake. A nice find, a change of pace, & you can savor it outside while looking down on the bustle of Vegas traffic.
