NoLita Pizza

An excellent Sicilian square with a generous allotment of pepperoni cups. On a night when there’s tens of thousands of people in line at @psp_nyc, you can usually walk right to the counter of @nolitapizzanyc. There one can enjoy this version of the Sicilian, which features a crunchy pan-fried crust that’s a bit lighter/more airy than it looks. It’s one of my favorite squares.
