Burrata Pizza

A substantial New York slice utilizing just the right amount of burrata to approximate the colors of the Italian Flag. The crisp/super thin crust could use a bit more life, but I rather enjoyed the combination of flavors at this East Village pizzeria (in just a stone’s throw from Stuyvesant Town).
