Mad Monk’s Pizza

This New York style pizzeria is located onsite at @16lotsbrewing in picturesque Mason, Ohio. @madmonkspizza serves a quite thin style pizza, with a crisp bottom and a chewy interior. The lightly charred crust, had a good flavor and was structurally sound enough to hold up the toppings without getting soggy - So, really exactly what you’re looking for in New York pizza & one of the best exemplars of that style in the city (should I do a Cincy New York style ranking at some point?). This is really an ideal brewery pizza, that pears well with a cold fermented beverage. Kudos to @madmonkspizza
