Joe’s Pizza Napoli

A well-named Neapolitan pizzeria in Milford. We tried three pizzas at Joe’s: the Pepperoni (naturally), the Viva Las Vegas (an award winner from the Vegas Pizza Expo @pizzaexpo, which is quite a big deal), and the Pistachio (a white sauce pizza with pistachio pesto). All three were well-topped and well-balanced pies. I was particularly surprised by how much I enjoyed the Pistachio - a combination of flavors I’d never before experienced on a pizza. As a wood-fired pizzeria, Joe’s crust had some char at varying levels across the pizzas. Personally, I like a bit more airy crust with well developed bubbles for my Neapolitan pizzas (perhaps utilizing a slow rise method for the dough) - that would knock this rating up higher. But overall, @joespizzanapoli produces quite a good pizza.
